Services
Do you provide smart hands and remote hands?
Smart hands / remote hands: an engineer on site performs physical tasks under your remote direction, such as console access, patching, cable tracing, power cycles, rack and stack, visual checks and photos.
Your team stays in control of the configuration; we are your hands on site.
Can you replace switches, routers and access points?
We handle on-site network tasks: troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi and WAN edge issues, and replacing or installing switches, routers, firewalls and access points.
We work alongside your remote network team for configuration, and document everything with labels, photos and serial numbers.
Do you provide desktop and end-user support?
Our End User Computing services cover on-site IT support for users, desktop and EUC support, printers and peripherals, and laptop deployment and reimaging (including Autopilot / Intune enrolment support).
Do you support rollouts and office moves?
We support IT rollouts in Breda and West Brabant, from a single office refresh to rollouts across several sites in the region, and office IT moves: inventory and labelling, disconnect, move, reconnect and user checks.
You get one point of contact and a report per site.
Do you handle IMAC requests and new starters?
Yes, we handle IMAC work (install, move, add, change): new starter workplaces, desk and device moves, and peripheral changes. Single tickets or planned batches are both fine, and recurring IMAC days are possible.
Do you install meeting room and AV equipment?
We install and check meeting room equipment: displays, cameras, video conferencing kits (such as Teams or Zoom rooms, set up to your guide) and room booking panels. Pre-meeting room checks before important events are also possible.
Do you carry out site surveys?
We carry out on-site surveys before projects: photos of comms rooms and racks, an inventory of network and end-user equipment, power, space and access checks, and notes on cabling. You receive a documented report, in your own template if you have one. Most single-office surveys fit in a half day or full day.
Do you do asset inventories and audits?
We carry out physical IT asset audits: serial numbers, asset tags, locations and condition, delivered as CSV or in your own template so it can be imported into your CMDB.
What happens to old devices after a refresh?
We collect, log and prepare old devices according to your process: serial numbers recorded, wiped with your tooling if required, and handed over to your disposal or leasing partner. We don't issue destruction certificates ourselves; your disposal partner does.
Do you provide break/fix support?
Break/fix: an engineer attends, diagnoses the fault and replaces the failed component or device (disks, PSUs, memory, displays, complete units), then records serial numbers and takes before and after photos. We can also handle the return of defective parts according to your RMA process.
Do you support POS and retail hardware?
We support point-of-sale hardware in retail and hospitality: terminal swaps, receipt printer and scanner replacement, and IT support for store openings and refits.
Which brands do you work with?
We are vendor-neutral and work with the equipment you use, such as laptops, desktops, printers, POS hardware and network gear from the common manufacturers. We follow your runbook or the vendor's instructions. If a task needs a vendor-specific certification, mention it in your request and we will confirm before booking.
Do you supply hardware or parts?
Our service is the on-site work. Hardware, spare parts and licences are normally provided by you or your vendor, ready on site or delivered before the visit. If you need help with logistics around a job, mention it in your request.
Do you provide remote support or a help desk?
We focus on on-site work. Remote support, monitoring and your service desk stay with your team. Our engineer works alongside them and keeps them updated during the visit, which is exactly how most MSPs and IT providers use us.

Travel may be charged depending on location.
Planned work outside the 40 km service area around Breda is quoted with travel.
Complex, urgent, evening or weekend assignments may be quoted separately.
Long-term projects receive custom pricing.
The Partner Plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled per month. Visits are invoiced separately at the partner rates.
Do you offer a monthly plan for MSPs?
The Partner Plan is for MSPs and IT providers with recurring on-site work. It costs €295 per month (excluding VAT) and can be cancelled per month.
You get:
- Priority scheduling over ad-hoc requests
- Confirmation within 4 business hours
- Call-outs at €145 instead of €175
- Full days at €445 instead of €495
- One named coordinator and a monthly overview of all visits
How does booking work?
It works in four steps:
- Submit your requirement (location, date, scope)
- Receive confirmation and a quote
- The engineer attends on site
- You receive a completion report
What should a request include?
Helpful information for a request:
- Site address, on-site contact and access instructions
- Date and time window
- Scope of work, ideally a runbook or step-by-step instructions
- Equipment details (make, model, serial numbers)
- Who is available remotely during the visit
- Your PO or ticket reference
You can upload runbooks, PDFs and screenshots with the request form.
How is invoicing handled?
Assignments are invoiced as agreed in the quote. Payment terms are stated on the quote and invoice. You can add your purchase order or reference number to the request so it appears on the invoice.
Can I cancel or reschedule an assignment?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your quote. If the engineer attends but cannot start because of missing access or parts, the visit may be charged, so please confirm access and parts before the visit.
What if the job takes longer than planned?
Time on site is recorded from arrival to departure. If a task needs more time than booked, the engineer contacts you first; extra work is only carried out after your approval. Anything left open is noted in the completion report.
Coverage and scheduling
Which areas do you cover?
We work within 40 km of Breda, including Oosterhout, Etten-Leur, Tilburg, Roosendaal, Waalwijk, Dordrecht, Gorinchem, Oisterwijk, Bergen op Zoom and 's-Hertogenbosch.
Sites just outside the area, such as Rotterdam or Eindhoven, are possible for planned work; travel is then quoted separately. Send us the address and we will confirm.
How quickly can an engineer be on site?
We review requests promptly and aim to respond within one business day with a confirmation and quote.
Urgent requests are possible. Availability is confirmed per request, and urgent, evening or weekend work may be quoted separately. Including the address, date and scope in your request speeds things up.
Can you work to an SLA?
For planned or contracted coverage, response windows can be agreed in advance and written into the agreement. For ad-hoc requests, availability is confirmed per request. We don't advertise guaranteed response times we can't stand behind; let's agree what is realistic for your sites.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Assignments are scheduled during business hours by default. Evening, night and weekend work (for example maintenance windows) is available on request and may be quoted separately.
What assignment durations can I book?
You can book anything from a one-off visit to a twelve-month assignment:
- One-off visit, up to 2 hours, half day or full day
- Multiple days, one week or multiple weeks
- One month, three, six or twelve months
- A custom duration
Short visits and long-term contracts are both welcome.
Can I book an engineer for several months?
Longer assignments are possible, from a month-long project (from €8,750 per month) to fixed days per week over 3–12 months (from €55/hour), booked in advance and subject to availability.
This is an IT service, not staffing or recruitment: you buy on-site delivery from us, with one point of contact and regular reporting. Long-term projects receive custom pricing.
Can we book recurring visits?
Yes, recurring visits are possible, for example one fixed day per week or a monthly site check. Recurring schedules are priced per arrangement. Describe the frequency and typical tasks in your request.
When do you reply to requests?
You can send requests at any time through the website. They are reviewed on business days, and we aim to reply within one business day. For planned out-of-hours work, mention the time window in your request.
Working with us
Do you work for MSPs and IT service providers?
We regularly work as the local on-site extension of MSPs, IT providers, system integrators and hardware vendors. We follow your process, ticket references and instructions, can attend on your behalf at your end customer's site, and send a report you can forward to your client. Specific arrangements are agreed in the quote.
How do we start working together regularly?
Working together regularly is simple:
- A short intro call about your clients, sites and type of work
- You share your standard runbooks, escalation contacts and report template
- We agree rates (a rate card for regular volume) and terms
- You send the first request through the website or by email
After that, each assignment follows the same process with your ticket references.
Are you a staffing or recruitment agency?
OnsiteTech NL is an IT field services provider, not a recruitment or staffing agency. You buy a service from us: on-site IT work delivered and reported by us, from a single visit to a 12-month assignment. You don't take on employees, payroll or employment contracts.
What is in the service completion report?
After every assignment you receive a completion report with:
- Arrival and departure time
- Work completed
- Serial numbers of removed and installed equipment
- Issues found
- Photos where required
- Completion status
We can follow your own report template if you have one.
Will the same engineer come back each time?
For recurring and long-term assignments we aim to send the same engineer, so they get to know your site and users. Engineer details for site access are shared with you before the visit.
Which languages do you speak?
We communicate in English and Dutch: English with your team and Dutch with local staff, building managers and suppliers when needed.
How do you handle confidentiality and GDPR?
Information about your sites, systems and users is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the assignment. NDAs and specific security requirements can be agreed on request. Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR.
