For MSPs and IT providers
Your On-site Partner in Breda and West Brabant
For MSPs, IT service providers, system integrators and hardware vendors who need reliable hands on site in Breda, Tilburg, Dordrecht and the region, without hiring local staff. We work under your process and you stay in control of the client.
How we work with you
An extension of your team, not another layer
You own the client relationship and the ticket. We deliver the on-site work and document it the way you need.
Your process, your references
We work from your ticket or work-order numbers and follow your runbooks, escalation paths and report template.
On your behalf at client sites
On request, our engineer attends as your representative and keeps client communication within your agreed lines.
Check-in and check-out
The engineer calls or messages your team on arrival and before leaving, so your service desk always knows the status.
Built for international teams
Clear English with your team, Dutch with the site. Your US, UK or EU colleagues get one local point of contact.
Confidential by default
Client information is used only for the assignment. NDAs and specific security requirements can be agreed.
From one visit to a year
Ad-hoc visits, project days, recurring visits and fixed days per week for 3–12 months, under one agreement.
Assignment lifecycle
What happens on every assignment
The same predictable steps for a two-hour swap or a three-month project.
Request
You send the site, date, scope, runbook and your ticket reference through the website or by email.
Scope and quote
We confirm availability, clarify the scope where needed and send a written quote.
Schedule and confirm
Once approved, we confirm the date, arrival window and engineer details for site access.
Check-in
On arrival, the engineer checks in with your team or NOC and confirms the plan.
Work and updates
The work is carried out to your runbook, with updates if anything deviates from the scope.
Check-out and report
The engineer checks out with your team and you receive the completion report for your ticket.
Invoice
Invoiced as agreed, with your PO or ticket reference on the invoice.

FAQ
Questions from MSPs
Can you work to our SLAs?
For planned or contracted coverage, response windows can be agreed in advance and written into the agreement. For ad-hoc requests, availability is confirmed per request. We don't advertise guaranteed response times we can't stand behind; let's agree what is realistic for your sites.
How do we set up a partnership?
Working together regularly is simple:
- A short intro call about your clients, sites and type of work
- You share your standard runbooks, escalation contacts and report template
- We agree rates (a rate card for regular volume) and terms
- You send the first request through the website or by email
After that, each assignment follows the same process with your ticket references.
Is this a staffing arrangement?
OnsiteTech NL is an IT field services provider, not a recruitment or staffing agency. You buy a service from us: on-site IT work delivered and reported by us, from a single visit to a 12-month assignment. You don't take on employees, payroll or employment contracts.
What is in the completion report?
After every assignment you receive a completion report with:
- Arrival and departure time
- Work completed
- Serial numbers of removed and installed equipment
- Issues found
- Photos where required
- Completion status
We can follow your own report template if you have one.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Information about your sites, systems and users is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the assignment. NDAs and specific security requirements can be agreed on request. Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR.
