Terms & Conditions
General terms for IT field services provided by OnsiteTech NL.
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and services provided by OnsiteTech NL. Specific terms agreed in a written quote or contract take precedence over these general terms.
1. Services
OnsiteTech NL provides on-site IT support and IT field services in the Netherlands. The scope of each assignment is defined in the confirmed quote, together with any runbooks or instructions supplied by the customer.
2. Quotes and booking
- Submitting a request through the website does not create a booking.
- An assignment is booked once the customer approves the quote in writing (email is sufficient).
- Prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Travel, urgent, evening and weekend work may be charged as stated in the quote.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate site details, access arrangements and a site contact.
- Provide required parts, licences, credentials and instructions in time for the visit.
- Make remote support available where the scope depends on it.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in the quote. Where an engineer attends but cannot start work for reasons outside our control, such as no site access or missing parts, the visit may be charged.
5. Time on site
Time is recorded from arrival to departure and reported in the service completion report. Work that exceeds the booked duration is carried out only after the customer's approval.
6. Liability
We carry out work with care and in line with the customer's instructions. Liability is limited to the value of the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss where no backup was available.
7. Confidentiality
Information about customer sites, systems and end users is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the assignment.
8. Payment
Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
