Can you work to our existing rollout runbook?
Yes. Share your runbook and we follow it on every site. If you do not have one, we can help put a simple per-site checklist together.
How do you handle data on old devices?
Old devices are handled according to your process, for example wiping them with your tool or collecting them for your disposal partner. Each device is logged with its serial number.
Can several engineers work in parallel?
For larger rollouts we can plan more than one engineer where available. This is confirmed in the quote.
